The special religious title is for those who wish to use a title other than minister, this title is designed to be used with your ordination credential. The special title you select does not replace your ordination credential, and it is ok to request  multiple titles.

The samples shown below are examples of the many different types of paper that you can print your Special Religious Title on and does not reflect how your actual Title will look.  The Special Religious Title is designed to print on any standard certificate paper with a 1" or less border.
